Topsider Resort - Private Beachfront Resort with Unique Octagon Stilt Houses in Lower Matecumbe Beach
Location
Topsider Resort has a large private beach area on the Gulf side, reserved exclusively for guests. A 180' T-shaped fishing pier extends into the water, offering a dedicated spot for fishing and sunset viewing. Complimentary kayaks and bicycles are available on-site, allowing guests to explore the shoreline and island at no extra cost.
Accommodations
The resort consists of 20 two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas built on stilts with an octagonal design, a layout not commonly found in the Florida Keys. Each villa includes a full kitchen and a separate kitchenette, plus a living room and two private bathrooms. These units accommodate up to six guests comfortably, making them suited for small families or groups.
Leisure
A heated outdoor swimming pool with ocean views and a separate hot tub provide year-round relaxation. Guests can use the tennis court and snorkeling equipment without leaving the property.
